Made from 4.9 million cubic metres of chalk marl that was dug to create the Channel Tunnel, Samphire Hoe is a 30-hectare site which has something for everyone - walks, wildlife, and spectacular views of the white cliffs and across the Channel. Also a popular fishing location with over a mile of sea wall, much of the area is accessible for wheelchair users.
